Dawn,
her
husband
Frank,
and
their
four
children
will so
greatly
appreciate

Dawn and
Frank
Piscani
are
Clarkstown
residents
with
four
children
ranging
from 4
to 9
years
old.
About
one year
ago Dawn
was
diagnosed
with
Scleroderma,
a
debilitating
and
often
fatal
disease.
Prior to
her
diagnosis,
she was
employed
at St.
Paul's
Christian
Day
School.
She was
active
in the
P.T.A.
at
Little
Tor
Elementary
School
and was
a Girl
Scout
Leader.
Dawn has
an
aggressive
form of
the
disease.
She is
currently
home
bound
and
relies
on
outside
assistance.
It is
nearly
impossible
for Dawn
to
complete
the
everyday
tasks
that we
take for
granted.
Even a
simple
hug from
one of
her
children
can
cause
extreme
pain.
She has
no
immediate
family
in the
area.
Friends
have
been
helping
out with
meals
and
taking
care of
her
children's
needs.
The
medical
bills
are
mounting.
This
fundraiser
will
help to
alleviate
some of
their
burden
and will
give the
Piscani's
hope
knowing
that
they
have the
continued
support
of the
community.
